If only every site had this much outdoors enjoyable things, what a great earth it would be. Why not camp at White Water Learning Center if you're here at Echo Lake; you'll discover a pretty lake called Simmons Lake. A large amount of precipitation falls at Echo Lake; the wettest month of the year is usually March,       that's the one that rains the most; the driest of the months is October. Camping is available at White Water Express; a magnificent nearby hotel is Atlanta Marriott Century Center. The warmest time of the year at Echo Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's, and the overnight is a bit cooler of course, ordinarily in the 60's. Throughout the winter highs are ordinarily in the 40's while Echo Lake night low temperatures throughout the winter are in the                  20's. This lake is so wonderful. There are some pleasant whitewater spots on Marsh Creek, and lakes are such serene sites, why not go to Doreen Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Big Creek. Henderson Mill Creek is a splendid local stream, and golf can be played at Stone Mountain Golf Club. Echo Lake Dam is delightful and it's close to Echo Lake, and there are plenty of people from Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Marietta here.   Quality Inn Northeast, Atlanta 10 miles from Downtown Atlanta.
