Beautiful Dyer Lake has much to offer visitors. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Lookout Mountain/Chattanooga West KOA is a glorious location to camp; why not take a refreshing hike along the Skyuka Trail. After a long day outdoors Trenton Days Inn is a wonderful spot to spend a night or two, and do take a hike on the Bluff Trail. Bear Creek has a pleasant whitewater paddling spot close by.

Dyer Lake regularly gets a large amount of rainfall; of all the months in a year March is the one with the most rain while June is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Dyer Lake is not far at all from Chattanooga; a glorious close by hotel is El Rancho Court.

right next door to Dyer Lake? Getter Lake is in the neighborhood, and it's a nice idea to stop by Back Valley. This lake is so wonderful. In case you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling
on Daniel Creek; a great location to stop by nearby is Range Gap. All the outdoors exciting stuff near Dyer Lake will keep you coming back time and again. The scenery at Dyer Lake Dam in the vicinity of Dyer Lake is stunning; camping
is available at Chattanooga West KOA.
High temperatures at Dyer Lake through the summertime are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's while Dyer Lake night low temperatures during the winter are in the 20's.
