Dyer Lake is always a pleasure to visit. The Skyuka Trail offers hiking at its best. There's so much to do here at Dyer Lake that you need to camp here for a while, The Chimney's Campground is a splendid site for that. This lake is so wonderful. Daniel Creek has a glorious whitewater paddling spot nearby, and if you feel like a little side tour, try Range Gap. All through the warmest time of the year at Dyer Lake temperatures are typically in the 80's. Once

| | the sun is down it plunges down to the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's while Dyer Lake overnight low temperatures through the winter are in the 20's.

Club, and Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Chattanooga-Lookout Mtn, Tn is a great spot to get some rest. Dyer Lake is right by the Bluff Trail, and if you need a place to stay Trenton Days Inn is a magnificent choice.
Whitewater
paddling is great on Bear Creek, and Russell Cave National Monument is one of the destinations that are splendid to pop by close by. The high level of precipitation makes Dyer Lake a relatively wet place; the wettest month of the
year is usually March, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month is June. A quick tour to Back Valley near Dyer Lake is a good idea, and Dyer Lake is glorious enough to spend more than a day at, Cloudland Canyon State Park is a glorious local campground.
