Why not camp at Darien Inland Harbor Camp while you're here at Duck Wallow; not far from Duck Wallow you'll find Big Hornsby Lake which is a charming lake. So many cool things to do here at Duck Wallow, too delightful to be true. Big Buzzard Creek is a good place to go to; you're sure to bump into some cheerful folks from Brunswick here. A journey to Fort Frederica National Monument is recommended. If       you like swamps, you're in luck, Little Buzzard Creek is right close by; there are other locations here than Duck Wallow, for example Opossum Point Lake. A pleasant tour to Old Field Joyner is a splendid way to spend an afternoon; a delightful close by hotel is Super 8 Motel - Darien/I-95. Duck Wallow frequently gets lots of rainfall; all through the month of July you get the most rain around here, and the driest month is October. Throughout the summertime                  at Duck Wallow temperatures are usually in the 90's, and through the night it cools down to the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 60's, and night lows at Duck Wallow through the winter mostly dip into the 30's. This lake is so wonderful.
