This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Days Inn Townsend is a wonderful spot to spend a night or two, and there are plenty of folks from Jesup here at Duck Pond. Duck Pond gets a large amount of water; all through the month of July you get the most rain around here, and the driest of the months is November. If you need a site to stay Ramada Jesup is a       wonderful choice, and a lake close by is Miller Lake. That right there is loads already, but it keeps on going; Duck Pond has it all. If you came for an overnight stay Hortense wesleyan Camp is a good spot to camp. Summertime highs at Duck Pond generally tend to be in the 90's. Summer night lows fall down to the 70's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 60's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Duck Pond.
