There are fine places to look at along the Benton Mackaye Trail, and why not camp at Nelly Plum Campground
while you're here at Diamond Lure Lake. Good hiking is available along the Bear Creek Trail; whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Cartecay River.
