The high level of rain makes Diamond Lure Lake a relatively wet place; all through March this area sees the most rain while October is typically the driest month. So much cool stuff to do at Diamond Lure Lake, so little time.       Diamond Lure Lake is a wonderful location to visit for more than one day, Nelly Plum Campground is a wonderful location to camp nearby; not far from Diamond Lure Lake you acquire some glorious water scenery at Diamond Lure Lake Dam. This lake is so wonderful. In case you don’t mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Cartecay River, and Diamond Lure Lake is right by the Tearbritches Trail.
