A good       deal of precipitation falls at Demott Lake; through the month of July you get the most rain around here, and October meanwhile is the driest month. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors enjoyable stuff the area right next door to Demott Lake has to offer. Giles Millpond is a delightful lake close to Demott Lake; if you came for an overnight stay Wiregrass Trail Campground is a pleasant location to camp. All through the months of summer, highs typically                  are in the 90's at Demott Lake. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 60's.
