Try Big Branch, and there's some exciting stuff to catch a glimpse of at Bowen Lake Dam in the neighborhood of De Loach Pond. All the water falling down from the sky makes De Loach Pond a wet site; the month with most of the rain is July, and November is the month with the least moisture. High temperatures at De Loach Pond through the summer are in the 90's. Summer overnight lows descend       down to the 70's. The winter brings highs down to the 60's, and night lows all through the winter for De Loach Pond tend to be in the 30's.
