Thomaston-Days Inn is a good place to get                  some rest. Glide down the rapids of Flint River in a kayak, and after a long day outdoors Econo Lodge Thomaston is a tremendous spot to spend a night or two. High temperatures at Daniel Lake through the summer months are in the 90's. All through the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 60's.
