Man, is there lots of enjoyable things to do close to Crooked Lake. Stay the night at Hortense wesleyan Camp. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Crooked Lake has to offer, you can camp at Darien Inland Harbor Camp. Throughout the warmest time of the year highs here at Crooked Lake reach the 90's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 70's. For the duration of the winter       this place gets highs in the 60's, and night lows in the 30's for Crooked Lake. At Crooked Lake you always meet someone from Brunswick, and the view of Oyster Shell is pretty. You could also stop by Alligator Congress if you're here at Crooked Lake; it's nearby, and no need to travel far to pop by attention-grabbing stuff like Old Womans Pocket. Opossum Point is not far from Crooked Lake at all, and dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn Darien. Crooked                  Lake is a reasonably wet place commonly with lots of rainfall; July is when you get the most rain here, and November is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful.
