At Crawford Lake all through the warmest time of the year highs are in the 80's. Summer overnight lows fall down to the 60's. Through the wintertime highs are generally in the 50's; all through the dark hours in the wintertime at Crawford Lake temperatures sink to the 30's. Why not go to Crawford Lake Dam if you're here. There's so much to do here at Crawford Lake that you need to camp here for a       while, Morrison Campground is a nice site for that. Crawford Lake gets a good deal of water; throughout March this area sees the most rain, and October meanwhile is the driest month. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Big Cedar Creek, and there are plenty of people from Cedartown here at Crawford Lake. This is no location for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. If you're here at Crawford Lake and you like                  golf, you can stop by Goodyear Golf Course, and if you need a place to stay Rockmart Day Inn is a great choice. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Econo Lodge Rockmart is a tremendous place to spend a night or two, and don't forget to take a brilliant little trip to Hutchings Creek.
