A lake close by is Krystal Lake. Camping is available at Holiday Trav-l-park, and the scenery at Krystal Lake Dam is wonderful. A good place to camp here at Crawfish Spring Lake is Look Out Mountain Koa Kampground, and Blue Hole is always fun to check out. Take a hike on the Bluff Trail, and obviously Coke Oven Branch is a pretty stream that is worth stopping at. Get dripping wet paddling on Bear Creek, and for you golfers we recommend close by High Point Golf Course. This lake is so wonderful. Crawfish Spring Lake is not far at all from Chattanooga; whitewater paddling is great on Rock Creek. Summertime highs at Crawfish Spring Lake ordinarily tend to be in the 80's, and all through the night it cools down to the 60's.
