Georgia has many beautiful lakes and Cowart Lake is one of them. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors entertaining stuff the area in close proximity to Cowart Lake has to offer. Sweetwater Creek is a great whitewater spot near Cowart Lake; if you're a golfer then a tremendous close by course is Wolf Creek Golf Course. | | the wintertime this place gets highs in the 40's, and overnight lows in the 20's for Cowart Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Arrowhead Campground is always a magnificent experience. Do have a look at Upper Cowart Lake Dam if you're here at Cowart Lake, and Cowart Lake is not the only location close by, Upper Cowart Lake is a close by lake. a day at, Camp Truitt-fulton is a glorious local campground. If you don't mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Annewakee River, and if you've had enough of Cowart Lake, Lake Carol is nearby. This
