For the period of the days of summer at Covington Reservoir temperatures are ordinarily in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 50's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Covington Reservoir temperatures drop to the 30's. There's whitewater on Yellow River for       all you adrenaline rush seekers, and Covington Reservoir is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Campwest Minster is a fine local campground.
