Flint River has a good whitewater paddling spot nearby; you don’t have to go far from County Park Lake to see the water at County Park Lake Dam. County Park Lake gets much water; during the month of March you get the most rain around here, and the driest month of       the year is October. A picturesque lake like Cooliks Lake close to County Park Lake is a wonderful site to visit; County Park Lake is magnificent enough to spend more than a day at, Ramsey Mobile Home and RV Park is a magnificent local campground. This lake is so wonderful. You'll discover a wonderful lake called Jordan Lake near County Park Lake, and dry warm beds await you at Best Western White House Inn. For the period of the warm days of summer highs                  here at County Park Lake get into the 90's with nighttime lows in the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 50's, and overnight lows in the 30's for County Park Lake. So much cool stuff close to County Park Lake, simply remarkable.
