This lake is so wonderful. Towaliga River has a delightful whitewater paddling spot nearby. Lakes? Sure, English Lake is around here. Throughout the summertime highs here at Corrections Lake get into the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 60's. High temperatures throughout the winter are normally in the 50's; winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Corrections Lake. Take a hike on the Kinnard Horse       Trail, and Beaver Creek Campground is a wonderful campground nearby. Whitewater paddling is splendid on Little Towaliga River, and after a long day outdoors Days Inn At Jackson is a magnificent place to spend a night or two. Dry warm beds await you at Ramada Limited Locust Grove, and if you're interested in hydro structures, you can stop by Corrections Dam. Corrections Lake is a delightful place to visit for more than one day, High Falls Campground is a delightful                  place to camp nearby; Corrections Lake is right by the Ocmulgee River Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Corrections Lake generally gets a good deal of rainfall; March is the wettest month with most rain, and October meanwhile is the driest month. Man, is there lots of enjoyable things to do close to Corrections Lake.
