This lake is so wonderful. Bald Mountain is a peak you can distinguish from Conasauga Lake; get yourself into a kayak and hit Holly Creek. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Wright Hotel is a brilliant choice, and delightful hiking is available along the Songbird Trail. There's so much to do here at Conasauga Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Sylco       Campground is a perfect place for that, and there are plenty of folks from Cleveland here. Whohoo, so much cool stuff in one place! Conasauga Lake is excellent! After a long day outdoors Cohutta Lodge & Restaurant is a delightful spot to spend a night or two. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Conasauga Lake has to offer, you can camp at Lake Conasauga Campground. The Emery Creek Trail offers hiking at its best, and if you come at the right                  time of year, Mill Creek offers some great whitewater. All the water falling down from the sky makes Conasauga Lake a wet place; the month with most of the rain is March; October on the other hand is the driest. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Conasauga Lake. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 60's. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 40's; night lows at Conasauga Lake all through the winter frequently descend into the 20's.
