Coleman Lake is not the only site nearby, Whitefield Lake is a nearby lake, and camping at Beaver Run RV Park and Campground is always a magnificent experience. Days Inn is a great site to get some rest; the scenery at Coleman Lake Dam is lovely. All the water falling down from the sky makes Coleman Lake a wet site; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain; the driest of       the months is October. For the duration of the summertime at Coleman Lake highs are typically in the 90's, and the night is slightly chillier of course, mostly in the 60's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 50's; all through the dark hours in the winter at Coleman Lake temperatures descend to the 30's. This lake is so wonderful.
