There's so much to do here at Coker Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Rome-floyd County Recreation is a tremendous place for that, and a golf course close by is Callier Springs Country Club. If you need a location to stay Budget Inn is a wonderful choice. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Coker Lake has to offer, you can camp at Morrison Campground. Summertime       at Coker Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's, and the nighttime is quite chillier of course, generally in the 60's. All through the winter highs are in the 40's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Coker Lake temperatures dip to the 20's. This is no location for people who don’t like to have fun. This is a popular site for folks from Rome. Pine Crest Motel is a splendid spot to get some rest, and you must absolutely stop at Jones Bend while you're                  here. Coker Lake is a relatively wet place usually with lots of rainfall; throughout the month of March you get the most rain around here, and the driest of the months is October.
