Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Mill Creek, and the Cloer Trail offers hiking at its best. Throughout the summer at Coffey Lake temperatures are mostly in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 60's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 40's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Coffey Lake dip into the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Coffey Lake has to offer, you can camp at Sylco Campground; there's great hiking along the Grassy Mountain
Tower Trail. The high level of rainfall makes Coffey Lake a pretty wet location; March is when you get the most rain here, and the driest of the months is October. On a lovely day you acquire a sight of Fancy Hill from Coffey Lake, and dry warm beds await you at Adco Tourist Motel.
