Clear Lake is always a pleasure to visit. Chattahoochee River has a magnificent whitewater paddling spot close by. Now, you may imagine that's a heap but there's even more exciting things to do here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Camping at Clear Lake is pleasant fun, Mountain View Campground is a pleasant local campground, and Leadpole Mountain is simple to spot from Clear Lake. On a splendid day at Clear Lake you can take a hike along the Appalachian National Scenic Trail, and a delightful nearby hotel is Cleveland Days Inn. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Clear Lake you can take a hike along the Whitly Gap Trail; if you need a place to stay Days Inn is a great choice.
