This place, Clay Lake, it absolutely has so much outdoors cool stuff. Drift down the rapids of Mobley Creek in a kayak, and Clay Lake is a nice place to camp, Atlanta North KOA is a nice place. This is a popular place for people from Cedartown; Elsberry Mountain is a peak you can catch a sight of from Clay Lake. Clay Lake gets lots of water; of all the months in a year March is the one with the most rain; the       driest month of the year is October. Paddling on Tanyard Branch is so much fun. Lakes are nice; Abney Lake is a lake that's in the neighborhood of Clay Lake. Dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Hiram, Ga; you can take a little journey to Clay Lake Dam while you're here at Clay Lake. After a long day outdoors Days Inn Dallas is a wonderful spot to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Why not spend some time golfing                  at a close by golf course like Creekside Golf & Country Club; camping at Clay Lake is glorious fun, Old Hi-way 41 Campground Number 3 is a glorious local campground. All through the warmest time of the year at Clay Lake temperatures are usually in the 80's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 60's.
