City of Fayetteville Lake Dam is not far at all from City of Fayetteville Lake, and there's some flowing water close by, Sandy Creek is a stream you can stop at during your stay. Buena Vista Lake
 | 19 miles away It's not only accessible but it's very accessible. For some bizarre reason the County put in a boat ramp, so get out there and paddle around a bit. Pick up some trash left by some people and storm runoff while your at it....I was born and grew up in the community surrounding this lake from 1955 to 1969. Too bad it is not more easily accessible....Buena Vista Lake is just a tiny pond in a city park. There is no reason for tourists to visit unless you happen to be staying in the neighborhood and want to take a walk.... |
