All through the warm days of summer, highs ordinarily are in the 80's at Childers Lake. All through the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 60's. For the period of the wintertime the highs are generally in the 40's; night lows throughout the wintertime for Childers Lake tend to be in the 20's. All the water falling down from the sky makes Childers Lake a wet place; the month of March is the wettest with most of the rain,       and the driest of the months is October.
