You're sure to bump into some smiling people from Columbus here; after a long day outdoors WYNDHAM GARDEN COLUMBUS is a delightful place to spend a night or two. Flatrock Branch is one of the streams nearby that might be worth checking out, and Anthony Lake is a nearby lake that you could visit.

During the wintertime the highs are commonly in the 50's; after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Chapman Pease Lake dip into the 30's. for all you adrenaline people. This lake is so wonderful. An interesting thing to stop at in the vicinity of Chapman Pease Lake is Bull Creek Watershed Dam Number Four, and a perfect close by hotel is Home-Towne Suites - Columbus.
Camping at Anthony's Mobile Park is always a great experience, and for you golfers we recommend close by Bull Creek Golf Course. Chapman Pease Lake gets much water; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain; October on the other hand is the driest.
