A pleasant place to camp here at Chandler Lake is James H. Floyd State Park, and close by you come across the Bluff Trail which is a tremendous hiking trail. This lake is so wonderful. The Skyuka Trail is a good hiking trail near Chandler Lake; after a long day outdoors Key West Inn La Fayette is a great place to spend a night or two. Since you might be in       a lake visiting mood you can always stop by nearby Duck Pond, and enjoy a round of golf at Lafayette Golf Course. If you adore the outdoors, you'll go for Chandler Lake. Burnt Mill Valley is a glorious site to stop at nearby, and you can run the rapids of Gulf Creek. You are close to Atwood Point since you're here at Chandler Lake, and get your heart beating on the brilliant whitewater of Allen Creek. So many amusing things to do here at Chandler Lake,                  too delightful to be true. This lake is so wonderful. Chandler Lake is a site with many visitors from Summerville, and Dickson Creek is close to Chandler Lake and is always a joy to take a look at. All the water falling down from the sky makes Chandler Lake a wet site; the wettest month of the year is generally March, that's the one that rains the most, and October on the other hand is the driest. For the period of the summer here at Chandler Lake, high temperatures generally reach the 80's, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's while Chandler Lake overnight low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 20's. This is a fine neighborhood for folks who like lakes.
