If you need a spot to stay Morgan Motel is a glorious choice; you might also want to pay a visit to Burnt Mill Valley since you're here at Chandler Lake. There's great hiking along the Skyuka Trail, and Gulf Creek is a good whitewater spot close by. The Bluff Trail offers hiking at its best. If you're dropping by Chandler Lake from Summerville, you won't be the only one, and getting to Dickson Creek from Chandler Lake       is easy. Chandler Lake generally gets much rain; the wettest month of the year is commonly March, that's the one that rains the most; October is when it's the driest. Life's too short to enjoy all the entertaining stuff near Chandler Lake. A perfect nearby hotel is Executive Inn; camping at Chandler Lake is good fun, Sequoyah Caverns and Campgrounds is a good local campground. This lake is so wonderful. Chandler Lake is a brilliant location to camp, Look Out                  Mountain Koa Kampground is a brilliant location, and enjoy a round of golf at Lafayette Golf Course. Put some time aside to spend at Dickson Spring if you're here at Chandler Lake, and a great location for whitewater paddling is Allen Creek. During the warm months at Chandler Lake highs are commonly in the 80's. Summer overnight lows plunge down to the 60's. Through the winter highs are in the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Chandler Lake. This lake is so wonderful.
