Have a good hiking adventure along the Raven Cliff Falls Trail, and Chattahoochee River has a great whitewater paddling spot nearby. If you need a site to stay Days Inn Cleveland is a nice choice; the wonderful people of Cornelia like to hang out nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Rodeway Inn Helen is a great site to get some rest; do visit Chambers Lake Dam while you're here. This       lake is so wonderful. There are other places here than Chambers Lake, for example Warwick Lake, and on a tremendous day you can take a hike along the Appalachian National Scenic Trail. For the period of the long summer days at Chambers Lake temperatures are usually in the 80's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 60's. All through the winter highs are in the 40's; nighttime lows all through the winter for Chambers Lake tend to be in the 20's. And that's not                  all you can do here at Chambers Lake. Why not camp at Mountain Lakes Resort while you're here at Chambers Lake; whitewater paddling is great on Dodd Creek. This location, the Blue Ridge Mountains, has so much outdoors cool things. Lakes are such peaceful sites, why not stop at Clear Lake right next door to Chambers Lake, and the summit of Pink Mountain can be distinguished from Chambers Lake. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors exciting things the area near Chambers Lake has to offer. A magnificent place to camp here at Chambers Lake is Yonah Mountain Campground; obviously Freeman Creek flows through this neighborhood. Chambers Lake is a wet spot that gets a large amount of rainfall; the month of March is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest of the months is October. This lake is located in the wonderful Blue Ridge Mountains.
