Throughout the warm days of summer highs here at Central Lake reach the 80's with night lows in the 60's. For the period of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 50's, and night lows at Central Lake through the wintertime commonly plunge into the 30's. Yep, outdoors cool stuff to do are truly plentiful here at Central Lake. Dry warm beds await you       at Griffin Inn and Suites, and at Central Lake you can catch a sight of Barrow Hill. This lake is so wonderful. During your tour to Central Lake you'll meet some folks from Thomaston for sure, and there are other spots here than Central Lake, for example Dougherty Lake. Paddling on Towaliga River is so much fun; if you came to camp Atlanta South RV Resort is a great place to do that. There's so much to do here at Central Lake that you need to camp here for                  a while, Pirkle Campground is a fine site for that, and if you're a golfer then a delightful close by course is Morgan's Dairy Golf Club. This lake is so wonderful. If time allows, Overmountain Victory National Historic Trail is a national park worth taking a look at, and the scenery at Central Lake Dam is wonderful. Central Lake typically gets lots of precipitation; the month with most of the rain is March, and September is the month with the least moisture.
