Dry warm beds await you at Macon Marriott City Center, and you're sure to bump into some good folks from Macon here. Cauley Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Interstate RV Center and Campground is a good local campground. All through the months of summer here at Cauley Lake, high temperatures usually reach       the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 60's. All through the winter highs are in the 50's while the cold winter nights at Cauley Lake are in the 30's. I don't want to stop, cause I'm havin' a fine time here at Cauley Lake. If you came to camp Tobesofkee Recreation Area is a good location to do that; Ocmulgee National Monument is a nice spot nearby. After a long day outdoors Days Inn Macon East is a brilliant place to spend a night                  or two; not far from Cauley Lake you'll find Baker Lake which is a wonderful lake. This lake is so wonderful. For you golfers we recommend nearby Bowden Golf Course. Lakes? Sure, Sawyer Lake is close by.
