Not far from Carroll Lake, you'll hit upon Wessinger Lake which is a beautiful lake, and if you came to camp Yogi Bear's Jellystone Camp-Resort is a great place to do that. If only every site had this much outdoors enjoyable stuff, what a great planet it would be. Playing golf is lots of fun at Bowdon Golf Course. Lakes are delightful; Moon Lake is a lake that's close to Carroll Lake. There's so much to do here at Carroll       Lake that you need to camp here for a while, John Tanner State Park is a splendid location for that. Jumpin In Creek is a tremendous spot to explore, and dry warm beds await you at Microtel Inn And Suites Bremen. Carroll Lake gets a large amount of water; the wettest month of the year is usually March, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest of the months is October. The warmest time of the year at Carroll Lake comes with high temperatures in                  the 80's. Summer night lows drop down to the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 50's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Carroll Lake temperatures drop to the 20's. This lake is so wonderful.
