Carr Lake is always a pleasure to visit. This lake is so wonderful. Hurricane Shoal is a pleasant site to spend some time at, and get your heart pumping on the great whitewater of North Oconee River. For the duration of the summer at Carr Lake highs are commonly in the 80's, and all through the night it cools down to the 60's.
