If you are in Columbia county it's always a good idea to stop by Camelot Lake. Stevens Creek is a nice whitewater spot in close proximity to Camelot Lake, and at Camelot Lake Dam in the vicinity of Camelot Lake there are some interesting things to see. High temperatures at Camelot Lake throughout the months of summer are in the 90's with night lows in the 60's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 50's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Camelot

thing to do around Camelot Lake; Horn Creek Hiking Trail is a brilliant local trail, and Ramada Inn is a great place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. A glorious site for whitewater paddling right next door to Camelot Lake
is Savannah River, and Camelot Lake is glorious enough to spend more than a day at, Forks Campground is a glorious local campground.
This lake is so wonderful. You're probably addicted to lakes, Idlewylde Lake is one of those
nearby. The Turkey Creek Hiking Trail offers hiking at its best, and a good close by hotel is Holiday Inn AUGUSTA WEST I-20. Camelot Lake ordinarily gets much rainfall; March is when you get the most rain here while November is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
