This lake is so wonderful. Stone Lea Lake is a nearby lake that you could explore, and dry warm beds await you at Cornerstone Lodge Of Covington. Get dripping wet paddling on Alcovy River, and Cedar Lake Golf Course is a glorious golf course nearby. For the period of the warm months at Calhoun Lake temperatures       are mostly in the 80's with night lows in the 60's. Highs all through the winter are typically in the 40's, and night lows all through the winter for Calhoun Lake tend to be in the 20's. You're sure to run into some wonderful folks from Gainesville here. If you came for an overnight stay Campwest Minster is a glorious location to camp, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Yellow River.
