At Cagle Lake during the warm months highs are in the 80's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 50's, and nighttime lows at Cagle Lake during the winter generally drop into the 30's. If you came for an overnight stay Marietta Campground       is a glorious place to camp, and there's whitewater on Big Creek for all you adrenaline kick people. And if that's not sufficient, there's a heap more to do right next door to Cagle Lake. During your spree to Cagle Lake you'll meet some folks from Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Marietta for sure, and La Siesta RV Park is a nice campground nearby. Get your heart beating on the tremendous whitewater of Marsh Creek; since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always take a look at nearby Lacy Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Not far from Cagle Lake, you'll stumble on Waters Lake which is a pretty lake, and if you're here and you like golf, you can stop at Bradshaw Farms Golf Course.
