This lake is so wonderful. Near Burke Lake you locate the Mounds Trail which is a great hiking trail, and golf can be played at Lane Creek Golf Club. Burke Lake gets a lot of water; most of the
rain falls through March while September is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
At Burke Lake through the summertime highs are in the 80's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 60's.
Highs during the winter are commonly in the 50's; night lows at Burke Lake through the winter mostly dip into the 20's.
