Get yourself into a kayak and hit Amicalola Creek, and a great place to camp here at Bryon Lake is Sawnee Campground. So much amusing stuff to do at Bryon Lake, so little time. Drift down the rapids of Big Creek in a kayak, and do go to Stephens Lake, it's a stunning lake. The Brookshire Creek Trail is a nice hiking trail right next door to Bryon Lake; dry warm beds await you at Oakwood at Camden Deerfield. This lake is so wonderful.
