The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Browns Lakes, and through the night it cools down to the 60's. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Ogeechee River; lots of folks from Milledgeville come here. All the water falling down from the sky makes Browns Lakes a wet site; the month with most of the rain is July, and the driest month is October. So much cool stuff to do here at Browns Lakes, too magnificent to be true. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors DAYS INN SANDERSVILLE GA is a fine spot to spend a night or two, and Granite Hill is clearly                  visible from Browns Lakes.
