The landscape around Browns Lake is dominated by the Blue Ridge, and if you need a place to stay Ramada Limited Of Blue Ridge is a great choice. A great place for whitewater paddling in the neighborhood of Browns Lake is Ocoee River, and a good nearby hotel is Comfort Inn & Suites. Lakes? Sure, Weehunt Lake is in close proximity, and a good place is Barnes Gap. Just can't       get enough of Browns Lake. Dyer Cove is a brilliant site to stretch your legs a bit, and Browns Lake Dam is a site that is in the neighborhood of Browns Lake. All through the long summer days at Browns Lake temperatures are mostly in the 80's, and all through the night it cools down to the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's, and night lows at Browns Lake through the wintertime commonly drop into the 20's. Why not take a refreshing hike along the                  Benton McKaye Trail, and you can run the rapids of Jack's River. Camping at Sylco Campground is always a brilliant experience, and do take a hike on the Tearbritches Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Browns Lake is not far at all from Cleveland, and hiking along the South Fork Trail is wonderful fun. A good vista of lovely Buck Knob is available from Browns Lake, and Browns Lake is brilliant enough to spend more than a day at, Cuddle Up Cabin Rentals is a brilliant local campground. Browns Lake sees pretty high levels of rain; March is when you get the most rain here; the driest month of the year is October.
