This lake is so wonderful. You can run the rapids of Mulberry Creek in close proximity to Britton Ponds, and Britton Ponds is not the only site nearby, Hedleys Pond is a nearby lake. So much fun stuff close to Britton Ponds, simply striking. An out of the ordinary thing to check out near Britton Ponds is Hedleys Pond Dam, and get your heart       pumping on the wonderful whitewater of Chattahoochee River. Summertime highs at Britton Ponds typically tend to be in the 90's, and during the night it cools down to the 60's.
