    Do stop by Boyle Lake Number Five while you're in this part of Georgia. Camping at Boyle Lake Number Five is tremendous fun, Salem Campground is a tremendous local campground; while you're here you can take a hike along the Kinnard Horse Trail. Alcovy River is a magnificent whitewater spot near Boyle Lake Number Five; the Allison Lake Wildlife Trail is a great hiking trail nearby. Dry warm beds await you at Covington Days Inn, and if you don’t have a problem  
   getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on South River.
This lake is so wonderful. High temperatures at Boyle Lake Number Five during the warm months are in the 80's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 50's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Boyle Lake Number Five. Boyle Lake Number Five gets a good deal of water; March is the month that gets
 
               the most rain; September on the other hand is the driest.
If you want a great time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Boyle Lake Number Five. Why not camp at Sardis Campground while you're here at Boyle Lake Number Five; some interesting geology is available here, Dows Pulpit Historical Rock is right here. This lake is so wonderful. Quality Inn Covington is a pleasant place to get some rest, and on a nice day you can take a hike along the Ocmulgee River Trail. Boyle Lake Dam Number Five is an out of the ordinary thing to check out; lakes are such peaceful places, why not go to Boyle Lake Northeast.
