If you came to camp North Shore Resort is a delightful place to do that, and get covered with water paddling on Apalachee River. Having a glorious time at Boswell Lake is painless. If you're interested in hydro structures, you can go to Boswell Lake Dam; do take a hike on the Falling Camp Trail. All the       water falling down from the sky makes Boswell Lake a wet place; the wettest month of the year is generally March, that's the one that rains the most, and October is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Lake Oconee Center is always a good experience, and playing golf is lots of fun at Port Armor Country Club. Boswell Lake is not far at all from Athens-Clarke County. For the period of the summer months here at Boswell Lake, high temperatures                  mostly reach the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 50's; winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Boswell Lake. Float down the rapids of Rose Creek in a kayak, and after a long day outdoors Jameson Inn Greensboro is a tremendous spot to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Scull Shoals Trail, and if you get bored of Boswell Lake you could also pop by nearby Parker Lake.
