If you are in this part of Georgia make sure to pay a visit to Bonet Lake. Guesthouse Intl Lake Park is a splendid place to get some rest; you'll meet a lot of folks from Valdosta here. Bonet Lake is a wet place that gets a great deal of precipitation; the month with most of the rain is July; the driest month of the year is October. This lake is so wonderful. down to the 60's while Bonet Lake nighttime low temperatures throughout the winter are in the 30's. There's so much to do here at Bonet Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Holiday Campground is a great location for that.
You'll need more than a day to discover everything Bonet Lake has to offer, you can camp at Eagles Roost Campground.
