Sure, Cordle Lake is in the vicinity of Boggs Lake, and camping at Rome-floyd County Recreation is always a glorious experience. This lake is so wonderful. The summit of Lavender Mountain can be observed from Boggs Lake; Berry Reservoir Dam is not far at all from Boggs Lake. Just can't get enough of Boggs Lake. Why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like Stonebridge Golf Club, and do explore       Rock Mountain Creek since you're here at Boggs Lake. Get your heart pumping on the tremendous whitewater of Big Cedar Creek, and Boggs Lake is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, James H. Floyd State Park is a tremendous local campground. Here at Boggs Lake there are plenty of people from Rome. This lake is so wonderful. Comfort Inn Rome is a nice site to get some rest, and you could always explore Redmond Gap. A nice spot for whitewater paddling                  right next door to Boggs Lake is Johnnies Creek; a short spree to Sand Spring is always worthwhile. After a long day outdoors Howard Johnson Express Inn is a great site to spend a night or two, obviously you could also explore Berry Reservoir if you're here; it's not far at all. Boggs Lake is a wet place that gets a good deal of rainfall; the month with most of the rain is March, and the driest month of the year is October. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Boggs Lake, and the night is a little chillier of course, commonly in the 60's.
