If you came for an overnight stay White Oak Campground is a nice place to camp, and an afternoon playing golf at Belle Meade Country Club is always a joy. There's always Boneville Pond Dam to take a look at right next door to Boatwright Pond; camping is available at Big Hart Campground. High temperatures at Boatwright Pond all       through the warm months are in the 80's, and all through the night it cools down to the 60's. Through the winter this place gets highs in the 50's with temperatures at Boatwright Pond dipping down into the 20's through winter nights. Boatwright Pond gets much water; the month with most of the rain is January, and the driest month of the year is September. This lake is so wonderful. A good close by hotel is Days Inn Thomson; do check out Boneville Stream while                  you're here at Boatwright Pond. That right there is heaps already, but it keeps on going; Boatwright Pond has it all.
