If you come at the right time of year, Line Creek offers some magnificent whitewater; camping at Blue Pond is splendid fun, Ramsey Mobile Home and RV Park is a splendid local campground. This lake is so wonderful. Bear Creek is a stream that you may run into while here, and dry warm beds await you at Sleep Inn Peachtree City. All the water falling down from the sky makes Blue Pond a wet site; the month of March is the wettest       with most of the rain; September is when it's the driest. Best Western Peachtree City Inn & Suites is a fine spot to get some rest. Lakes are fine; Blount-Kirkland Lake is a lake that's near Blue Pond. Blount-Kirkland Lake Dam is an attention-grabbing thing to check out; there are some nice whitewater spots on Flint River. Just can't get enough of Blue Pond. If you came for an overnight stay Pirkle Campground is a fine spot to camp. The warmest time                  of the year at Blue Pond arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 60's.
