After a long day outdoors Homestead Inn is a perfect spot to spend a night or two, and the smiling folks of Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Marietta like to hang out nearby. Through the warmest time of the year here at Blalock Lake, high temperatures frequently reach the 80's.       During the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 60's. Throughout the wintertime the highs are ordinarily in the 40's, and overnight lows at Blalock Lake throughout the wintertime typically fall into the 20's. There's whitewater on Big Creek for all you thrill seekers. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Blalock Lake has to offer, you can camp at Twin Lakes Park. The high level of rain makes Blalock Lake a reasonably wet location;                  the wettest month of the year is frequently March, that's the one that rains the most while October is mostly the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Comfort Inn Canton is a great site to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. You can run the rapids of Marsh Creek near Blalock Lake, and don't leave Blalock Lake without first going for a hike along the Brookshire Creek Trail. If you go for the outdoors, you'll go for Blalock Lake. Why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like Bradshaw Farms Golf Course, and a beautiful lake like Lusk Lake is a tremendous spot to visit.
