Black Rock Lake is one of the lakes here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is splendid here at Black Rock Lake, you can go for a hike along the Gage Trail, and getting to Billy Creek from Black Rock Lake is trouble-free. Having a great time in the Blue Ridge Mountains is trouble-free. Why not take a look at Black Rock Lake Dam if you're here; you'll       discover a stunning lake called Rabun Gap Nacoochee School Lake. You can spot Blackrock Mountain from Black Rock Lake; since you're here you can take a hike along the Stewart Trail. Black Rock Lake is a rather wet place ordinarily with much precipitation; the month with most of the rain is March, and July meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. A great nearby hotel is Clayton-Days Inn; a pretty lake like Silvan Lake is a nice place to stop                  by. Black Rock Lake is next to Gibson Gap which is undeniably worth a visit; camping at Mountain City Recreational Vehicle Park is always a perfect experience. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors fun stuff the area close to Black Rock Lake has to offer. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Stekoa Creek; Quality Inn & Suites Mt. Chalet is a splendid location to get some rest. If you come at the right time of year, Darnell Creek offers some great whitewater, and going for a hike along the Bartram Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. Through the warm months highs here at Black Rock Lake get into the 80's, and the night is quite chillier of course, typically in the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 40's; winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Black Rock Lake. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Blue Ridge Mountains. But wait, there's more enjoyable stuff to do in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Near Black Rock Lake you come across a golf course called Rabun County Golf Club, and the snow is great at Sky Valley. Black Rock Lake in fact is in the middle of a pretty outdoors paradise.
