Lakes? Sure, Waving Pond is close by, and after a long day outdoors Econo Lodge Inn, & Suites is a magnificent spot to spend a night or two. Black Lake is a rather wet place mostly with a large amount of rainfall; July is the wettest month with most rain, and October is the month with the least moisture. A tremendous place to camp here at Black Lake is Albany RV Resort; while you're here you will meet lots of folks from nearby Albany. This lake is so wonderful.

| | A fine nearby hotel is Days Inn Sylvester; Deep Pond is a brilliant lake close by. Through the warm days of summer at Black Lake highs are commonly in the 90's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 60's. Through the winter the highs are regularly in the 50's while Black Lake night low temperatures during the winter are in the 30's. Camping at Wanee Lake Recreational Vehicle & Golf Course is always a great experience. | |
