If you're going to Black Lake from Augusta-Richmond County, you won't be the only one; why not take a little trip to Upper Three Runs since you're here. Having a glorious time at Black Lake is easy. Lakes are such calm spots, why not check out Skinface Pond close to Black Lake; swamps       like D'Antignac Swamp near Black Lake make for tremendous spots to take a look at. There are other sites here than Black Lake, for example Red Lake, and taking a little spree to nearby Point Comfort is a nice idea.
