Camping at Interstate RV Center and Campground is always a good experience. If you came to camp Tobesofkee Recreation Area is a wonderful location to do that, and Black Lake is not the only place close by, Stone Lake is a close by lake. This lake is so wonderful. You're sure to encounter some great people from Macon here, and Ramada Plaza Hotel Macon is a pleasant site to get some rest. Summertime       highs at Black Lake generally tend to be in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 60's. During the wintertime the highs are usually in the 50's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Black Lake temperatures sink to the 30's. Black Lake is a wet site that gets a lot of precipitation; throughout March this area sees the most rain, and the driest month is October. Having a great time at Black Lake is simple. A visit to Ocmulgee National Monument is worthwhile;                  a fine close by hotel is Macon Days Inn.
