This lake is so wonderful. Getting to Little Wahoo Creek from Bibbs Lake is uncomplicated, and Snake River is a delightful whitewater spot nearby. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop at close by Angelos Lake, and if you're here you can play some golf at Orchard Hills Golf Club. La Quinta Inn Newnan is a good spot to get some rest, and if you don’t have       a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Wolf Creek. Not far from Bibbs Lake you obtain some fine water scenery at Bibbs Lake Dam, and if you need a location to stay Holiday Inn Express Hotels Newnan is a glorious choice. Bibbs Lake sees pretty high levels of rain; most of the rain falls all through March; the driest month of the year is October. During the warm months highs here at Bibbs Lake get into the 80's. Once the sun is down it                  plunges down to the 60's.
